We are a small local agency and we take real pride that we can offer a personal approach to property.
We love to manage property for our landlords, whether it be a home that you will be retuning to or a flat that you’ve bought as an investment.
We’re not just here to carry out all the letting agency work (which we do to a very high standard! See our accreditation with LAS). We also offer support and guidance to landlords throughout their letting journey. We give a designated main point of contact to each of our landlords so that you will always know who to speak to.
As part of our services we will:
- help you to select the best tenants for your property (not just the first ones to apply)
- when needed, advise on any redecoration or upgrade that keep your property looking like a home rather than an obvious rental.
What kind of property do we manage?
We take on a wide variety of properties throughout central Edinburgh. We manage professional lets and student accommodation, traditional tenements and modern developments, flats and houses… all the variations in between. It’s key to us though that properties feel clean, fresh and well maintained so that our tenants can really enjoy living in them and make them a home. Our ‘Set Up’ Services
If you are happy to manage the property yourself throughout the let, but would like to ensure the let is set up correctly, we have an alternative to the management service. We can carry out the advertising, tenant checks and paperwork at the start, with our ‘Set Up’ service. It has all the same attention to detail.
