The majority of our landlords work with us on a full management basis. We carry out all parts of the letting process from compliance to advertising, tenant vetting to paperwork and all elements of let management once the tenants are in situ.
Set Up Service
For landlords who are comfortable with handling the day-to-day management of a let, we offer a service to ‘set up’ the let with advertising, tenant screening, and essential paperwork. We’ll handle the initial stages with the same care and attention we dedicate to our full management service – leaving you to manage your property independently, with peace of mind knowing everything is in place.
