FULL MANAGEMENT
We aim to keep things simple and most landlords will have only 2 charges:
1) The £240 initial new contract fee (drops to £120 for any subsequent lets)
2) 15% commission (including VAT) on the rent and any works organised.
These charges include all the standard letting services including advertising, viewings, a standard inventory, lease, inspections etc.
SET UP SERVICE
A one off fee of 60% (including VAT) (minimum £840) charged off the first month’s rent.
