We might be called A Flat In Town, but our work as a letting agency in Edinburgh isn’t just about city-centre flats. We manage all kinds of properties – from student flats and pieds-à-terre to townhouses, mews conversions, and family homes in areas like Barnton, Blackhall, and Corstorphine.
One recent favourite was a beautiful family house in Barnton. We helped get it ready for new tenants – from photography and marketing to viewings and referencing. We were thrilled when the perfect family fell in love with the home straight away. From advertising to move-in, the process took just two weeks. A true team effort and a very satisfying result!
