At A Flat In Town, we can offer lets from one week to over one year.

Whether it is temporary accommodation for a month stay in the city or a long term let, we have a variety of properties to suit.  We classify any let less than 6 months a Short Term let, anything within August alone a Festival let, and anything 6 months and over a Long Term let.

For each let, our charges are made up of three parts: the deposit; the admin fee (£50 + VAT), and; the rent. The rent is advertised on the website, the admin fee is the same for all our lets and out deposit varies according to the type of let you are booking. Please ask for full details.
