Outline of Charges
We aim to keep our service as simple as possible and have no hidden charges*
Full Management Service
- If we are unsuccessful in finding suitable tenants through our normal advertising process, there is no charge
- For Long Term lets there is a £100 + VAT registration and new contract fee
- For subsequent and Short Term lets, new contract fee is £50 + VAT
- Our commission is 12.5% + VAT for Long Term and 15% + VAT for Short Term and Festival. Commission is charged on rental income for the duration of the let and on any works/outgoings organised and paid on your behalf.
Please note that the above fees include advertising, viewings, the inventory, lease etc and you will not be charged separately for them.
Set Up Service
- A one off fee of 1/2 month's rent + VAT is charged off the first month's rent. The deposit is transferred to the landlord to hold for the duration of the let.
