Outline of Charges
We aim to keep our service as simple as possible and have no hidden charges.
- We will not charge you unless we successfully rent out your property
- The new contract fee is £50 + VAT
- Our commission is 12.5% + VAT for Long Term and 15% + VAT for Short Term and Festival. Commission is charged on rental income for the duration of the let and on any works/outgoings organised and paid on your behalf.
