A Flat in Town

Property Management and Letting Service

Outline of Charges

We aim to keep our service as simple as possible and have no hidden charges.

Our standard full management service is all covered by the registration/re-let fees and the monthly commission so you won't find unexpected additional costs. We find that by including all work such as advertising, viewings, vetting tenants, drawing up the lease and managing the property within these two charges, landlords can feel confident that their property is being properly and professionally managed in all regards. There should also be no unpleasant surprises when reading your monthly statement!

If you would like to look at our full terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to ask. There is a clear charges section at the back that covers any work we might do outwith our standard service too, eg void property management.

We normally pass on the terms and conditions along with a comprehensive landlord guidance pack when we meet to discuss your property. This is completely free of charge and without obligation to proceed further.

Our policy is that if we are unsuccessful in finding suitable tenants through our normal advertising process, there is no charge – ie No Let, No Fee.
